If you would like me to do design work and you don’t have references, it will raise the price accordingly to the extra work amount.

Artistic nudity, as an extra version is +30-50% of the base price.

Once you have filled out my commission form, I will try to get back to you as soon as possible, within 1 week unless I’m on vacation.

Depending on the complexity of your commission it can take up to 2-3 months to finish it, but it is also heavily influenced by how fast you are with your feedback.

I usually work on more projects at the same time, in the rendering stage I try to send WIP images every 7-10 days.

You can cancel the commission before the payment, but after that cancelling isn't possible.

If your project has a deadline rush fee may apply.

By ordering a commission, you agree to all terms in the Commission Info and the Terms of Service.

I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork, which includes but is not limited to electronic rights or usage, also any preliminary materials, unless we agree otherwise.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to stop working on or cancel a commission due to poor communication, inappropriate behavior or a breach of the Terms of Service.

The prices in the Commission Info are approximates, and do not include commercial rights.

Commissions for commercial use require a contract and do not part of these Terms of Service.

After receiving your fill-out commission form, I’ll review it and if I accept your commission I will get back to you to confirm your order as soon as possible.

I can give you an approximate quote for the project if it’s requested, but please note all prices before the sketch is subject to change. I will put you on my waitlist and notify you when you're next.

When you are next in line I will make some sketches (one or more) and send them to you, then we will be able to discuss all necessary changes and the exact quote. I will send you an invoice and as it’s paid I will continue working on your commission.

I will keep you updated on its progress by sending WIPs (in case of partial payment the WIPs will be watermarked), but you can also check the progress from here.

Completing a commission can take up to 2-3 months after you have received the sketch, but if it is delayed for any reason you will be notified.

When the commission is completed I will send you the finished image in email. There will be two files, one is the full resolution image and the other one is lower resolution for online posting.

For personal, non-commercial purposes you can print the commissioned piece, hang it on your wall, give it as a gift etc.

You are free to post and upload the artwork on your social media as long as credit to me as an artist is included and no profit is being made.

In case of online posting, always use the lower resolution file which I attached in email to avoid theft.

Using the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes is prohibited, unless commercial rights were purchased.

Using the commissioned artwork in anything related to crypto art/NFTs and AI art is prohibited.

After the rough sketch you can have 1 major change (character pose, composition, etc.), and 3 minor changes before I have finished the artwork. (minor changes do not impact the overall scope, global color scheme, or structural elements of the artwork.)

After the commissioned artwork is completed you may ask for small revisions, but keep in mind, that might increase the final price.

I accept payment via PayPal or international bank transfer / Wise in Euros.

PayPal is the least preferred payment method due to its own excessive fees, Wise has much better currency conversion rates.

Full payment upfront is required, but you can request partial payment if your commission total is above 400€.

If you paid half upfront after the sketch was approved, and the commissioned artwork is finished, the other half of the amount needs to be paid before you would receive the full resolution files.

In the case of a joint commission, when the order is paid by multiple people, there is no option for partial payment.

There are no refunds.

In the Commission Form you should provide a detailed text description, along with links to visual inspiration. (reference artworks or random pictures from the internet)

If a nude version is requested, you must be 18 years or older.

Once you are the next I will notify you a 1-2 weeks earlier, and check if you are still interested. If you do not reply within 4 business days I will start working on another commission. After a week I'll put you on the “no reply” queue, and after more than a month I will automatically remove you from the waitlist.

Last-minute withdrawals from a commission or my waitlist will not be tolerated, and those who do so under these circumstances will no longer be able to request commissions from me in the future. However, this policy does not apply to those who notify me in advance, before I reach out to them about their upcoming slot, as I understand that unexpected situations can happen at any time.

Notification process: I’ll notify you about a month before the starting date at which point you can withdraw your commission without consequences. You can notify me up until I contact you about the starting (usually about a week earlier than the start) however notifying past that point or upon failure of notification, I’ll no longer be able to accept your commission request in the future.
